Mrs. Ward is an ISSA-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with over six years of experience helping clients achieve their fitness goals, including weight loss and muscle gain. As a certified group exercise instructor, she tailors her training methods to accommodate individual preferences, allowing clients to follow their chosen diet trends, such as Keto or Weight Watchers.

With a background in healthcare spanning 20 years, Mrs. Ward has worked in various roles, including dietary services and medical records supervision. Her personal journey, marked by a significant ankle injury and subsequent weight gain, motivated her to develop an adaptive fitness program that addresses individual needs and limitations. This approach led her to successfully lose over 50 pounds and sustain her fitness.
