April Ward "Coach" will conduct a journey for participants into the Most Common Questions about Diet & Exercise. Offering a Program focused on Foundation, Strength, Aerobics and Nutrition planning.

INCLUDES: 

  • 60 Min Virtual Workout Sessions (broken down into stages) 

  • 8 Week Home Workout Plan tailored for your individual goals

  • 8 Week Nutrition eBook with Meal Suggestions and TIPs 

  • Daily Check Ins by text and or email
